dmdr: One Shot, Two Shot, Three Shot, Floor.... Literally.

Let me start off this post with mentioning that I am definitely not one to drink a lot. I cannot handle my liquor in ways others can and I am absolutely not one to take shot after shot after shot, haha. Since I am 21, I try to embrace the age and "live up to the 21 expectations" (lol, im totally kidding but having a drink here & there is always fun)... Until you had one too many. Over the weekend, one of my good friends Alyssa Idos and her roommates threw a house warming party and to say the least, I took it to my advantage to get a few drinks in my system. Little did I know, those few drinks would be the reason why my face was in the toilet hours later. Even though I was pretty much the only one drinking (since most of my friends are underage), I still had a pretty good time.

Alyssa showed Bianca and I her apartment and it was absolutely beautiful! One of the pros of living on her own is "freedom", she says... I can only imagine. In addition to that, she always lives right next to campus so yay for the short commute! Bianca & I got to Alyssa's apartment super early so we were able to find good parking & we were also able to chill with her for a bit before the party began.

And as soon as the party started.... Ha, let me remind you that I try my best to live up to my age and enjoy the as much alcohol as I can since i'm still young but two words to summarize the whole night: never again. The sad thing is, I BARELY DRANK. I believe I had 3 shots of Jack and 2 beers, total. I mean, i'm not much of a drinker (like I said) but that just doesn't seem much to me compared to how most of my friends drink haha. After the first 2 shots, I already found myself getting super dizzy but I thought that I was able to handle one more... which was totally a bad idea.

I don't remember much but the only thing that I remember is that my friends took care of me and carried me off the floor, haha. If you guys are reading this: I love you all so much & i'm so thankful for you all. I probably would've been a bigger mess than I already was if it weren't for yall, haha. Also, im sorry if I flashed you guys (I know my dress was short but I swear I was wearing shorts under LOL).

All in all, thank you to the host, Alyssa Idos for throwing a bomb ass house warming party even though I don't remember much, hah! Love you, girl & I can't wait to spend fall semester with you!
