Recently, it was one of my best friend's, Jadine Guarin, birthday and my other best friend, Brenda Nguyen & I decided to do a small little surprise dinner for her. At first, Brenda & I were kind of eager to take her out for dinner but we both decided to do something different / something more intimate and sweet since we eat out all the time (so it wouldn't really feel like a celebration but it would feel like a typical hangout). In order to do that, Brenda & I thought doing a surprise dinner would be great for Jadine (since we all love to eat, ha). Brenda & I met up around 6 & immediately rushed into the car to head to Costco to buy 2 boxes of pizza, pick up a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme, & head back to the house to make everything look all pretty & cute.
Keep in mind that by the time we were finished with everything, it was almost already 8 & Jadine was kind of getting impatient (because she thought we were going to eat out & Brenda & I were taking forever) so we had to rush everything! The original plan was to also bake Jadine a cute cake but.... that obviously didn't happen since Brenda & I move like turtles (heh, joke).
When we finally got Jadine, I had to pretend as if I forgot my vlogging camera so we can go back to my house & luckily, Jadine had no clue what was going on! I honestly thought she would've caught on by now but she didn't & when she finally saw the surprise, she was like "Awww! Guys! I honestly wasn't expecting this!"
For the rest of the night, we pretty much drank wine, had girl talks, and a twerking competition, haha! Im pretty sure that sums up the night, perfectly.
Jadine, I know I said this several of times throughout
our friendship but thank you so much for being such
a great friend & for always looking out for me whether
it's at raves, parties, or even just in general. It's truly a
blessing to have such a great friend like you & I know that
you hate me whenever I bring this up BUT i'm going to
miss you SO much when you leave for Japan :( BUT I
promise to always keep in touch, be here for you whenever
you need us & to always update you every week LOL. I truly
appreciate you, babygirrrrl. I hope you enjoyed our surprise!
